FT-3400-100-1D42 là lưu lượng kế điện từ dạng chèn (Insertion Electromagnetic Flow Meter) thuộc dòng FT-3400 Series của ONICON. Thiết bị được thiết kế để đo lưu lượng của các chất lỏng có tính dẫn điện như nước lạnh, nước nóng, nước giải nhiệt, nước sinh hoạt và dung dịch nước/glycol trong các hệ thống HVAC, năng lượng và công nghiệp.

Với công nghệ đo điện từ không có bộ phận chuyển động, FT-3400-100-1D42 mang lại độ chính xác cao, giảm chi phí bảo trì và đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định trong thời gian dài.

Nguyên lý hoạt động

FT-3400-100-1D42 hoạt động dựa trên định luật cảm ứng điện từ Faraday. Khi chất lỏng dẫn điện chảy qua từ trường được tạo ra bởi cảm biến, một điện áp tỷ lệ với vận tốc dòng chảy sẽ được sinh ra. Bộ xử lý của thiết bị sẽ chuyển đổi tín hiệu này thành giá trị lưu lượng chính xác. Công nghệ này không gây sụt áp đáng kể và không bị ảnh hưởng bởi các bộ phận cơ khí hao mòn.
